Property Location
Surrounded by fields and vineyards, the apartment is at 2 km from the kite beach of Is Solinas, and few mins drive from the Masainas village (5 km) where you have market and pharmacy and a couple of simple bars. Masainas is a small village, you will find restaurants, bank, and other services in the towns of Giba and Sant Anna Arresi at about 10 min drive (10-12 km). The beautiful beach of Porto Pino, where we have our summer kite station, is at 5-10 min drive (10 km).

The Apartment
This nice and comfortable self-catering apartment is composed of one fully equipped kitchenette and living room, one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds and a complete bathroom.  The rustic wooden ceiling adds a cozy atmosphere to every room. The apartment the terrace with a beautiful view on the vineyards (the terrace is shared with another flat). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Amenities
Why take accommodation in Is Solinas? Because you want to immerse yourself in beautiful nature! Take a walk of few mins, or jump on a mountain bike, and go to discover the lagoons of Is Solinas, populated by flamingos, herons and other protected birds. Or take a Stand Up Paddle and go to visit the beautiful bay of Spiaggia di Su Port'e Su Trigu. Or just relax listening to the sounds of the surrounding nature. When you are looking for a big night out you have to drive to Sant Antioco for about 10-15 min.

Kitesurf
The amazing kite spot of Is Solinas is just at 2 km. During the period June-September the kitesurfing is possible only in Porto Pino where we have an authorized kite zone.
