Property Location
Surrounded by fields and vineyards, the apartment is at 2 km from the kite beach of Is Solinas, and few mins drives from the Masainas village (5 km) where you have market and pharmacy and a couple of simple bars. Masainas is a small village, you will find restaurants, bank, and other services in the towns of Giba and Sant Anna Arresi at about 10 min drive (10-12 km). The beautiful beach of Porto Pino, where we have our summer kite station, is at 5-10 min drive (10 km).

The Apartment
This nice and comfortable self-catering apartment is composed of one fully equipped kitchenette and living room, one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds and a complete bathroom.  The rustic wooden ceiling adds a cozy atmosphere to every room. The apartment the terrace with a beautiful view on the vineyards (the terrace is shared with another flat). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Amenities
Why take accommodation in Is Solinas? Because you want to immerse yourself in beautiful nature! Take a walk of few mins, or jump on a mountain bike, and go to discover the lagoons of Is Solinas, populated by flamingos, herons and other protected birds. Or take a Stand Up Paddle and go to visit the beautiful bay of Spiaggia di Su Port'e Su Trigu. Or just relax listening to the sounds of the surrounding nature. Sited at about 1.5 km from the city center, you'll be 10-15 minutes walking from the  La Marina - the seafront- with the bars, homemade ice cream shop, and traditional seafood restaurant. Also the Piazza Italia and the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, where is the active part of the nightlife is at 10-15 minutes walking.

The Apartment
This self-catering apartment is composed by a kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and one balcony with BBQ. It's the house where part of our instructor team is living. It's a lot of fun living together and sharing life experience and hanging out at night.
